What is Physical Therapy?
Physical Therapy is the treatment or management of physical disability, movement, malfunction, or pain by exercise, soft tissue/joint mobilization, hands-on techniques, etc., without the use of medicine or surgery.
Our physical therapy services includes therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, therapeutic activities, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, iontophoresis, in order to increase range of motion, flexibility, strength, functional ability and to obtain proper stabilization of all joints; instructions in body mechanics, ergonomics, and education training for optimizing safety awareness and injury prevention and posture.
